"Your heavenly Father knows." - Matthew 6:32

~This morning in Church we sang some incredible praise and worship songs Kenya style :)

~The message was on how we are called and required to pray. Even thought He already knows before you ask.. He desires that relationship with His children. Such a neat thought that I always seem to forget and love to be reminded.

~We have been having a blast here. Ben and Jenny are leaving for the Dr. Conference tonight leaving me with the kidos (hehe)I think the boys have already planned for us to: eat, eat, eat, and play blob (Kind of like sardines), eat more candy, and maybe campout in the living room, and of course bounce on the trampoline every minuet that we arnt eating. We will see how much of this actually happens:P

~I start teaching violin lessons this week! It started off i was teaching just one person.. and now has grown to 5.

ps. On a side note.. everyone has white mosquito nets over there beds.. Its precious. Like a little fairy bed..I love it. I also found a little kenyan girl thats favorite color is white. We were instantly kindred spirits :)

A few preview pictures from England:

J.R.R Tolkiens & C.S Lewis's pub

More pictures later when I actually have internet:p

Today we went with the team here in Tenwek to travel around giving babies shots to keep them healthy. It was incredible the first few hours but then I started getting a tad queasy because of all the smells and the environment. Everyone said it will get better with time and that I will hardly notice how dirty everyone is. Pray it does! Miss everyone so much!!

2 Facts: God is so good & The sunrises in Africa are indescribable.

~After spending 5 days in England filled with tea, scones, and the beautiful views it was time to fly over to Kenya.

~We arrived early this morning just as the sun was rising over the little valleys and hills here in Nairobi. It was stunning. We all just sat there speechless taking it all in. As soon as we got through the border checks we grabbed our suitcases and headed out to our sponsors Peter & Mark. We drove an hour through heavy morning traffic.. which was actually more of playing dodging with all the people, cars that did not stay in the same lane for more then 3 seconds, and curious animals :)

~When we pulled into our destination for this afternoon/night & found out it was an African spa resort. Ha! Its been a wonderful afternoon to say the least. Its almost like being tucked away into a secret little garden with pools, flowers, hummingbirds, butterflies.. and don't even get me started on the little cottages. So neat.

~Tomorrow morning we head out bright and early for our 5 day safari. Ill be sure to post some pictures of the neat animals we see!
